STM32H573 - missing BKPSRAM on memory map

Hello,

The datasheet and reference manual are missing information about the 4 KB Backup SRAM in the memory map.

Where can I find details about it?
We need to use this memory in both Secure and Non-Secure projects.

Thank you.

Hello @RZub ;

You can refer to Table 5. Memory map and peripheral register boundary addresses (STM32H562/563/573xx) in RM0481 Rev 4: to find adresses:

Non-secure boundary address :0x4003 6400 - 0x4003 73FF

Secure boundary address: 0x5003 6400 - 0x5003 73FF

Yes, this answers my question. Thank you!

The confusion was mainly due to naming: I was searching for BKPSRAM, while in this context it is referred to as BKPRAM. That’s why I couldn’t find it initially.

Thanks again for the clarification.

Hello,

Non-secure boundary address :0x4003 6400 - 0x4003 73FF
Secure boundary address: 0x5003 6400 - 0x5003 73FF

From RM0481, Table 6. Memory map and peripheral register addresses
