When STM32V8 will become available for indie engineers?

Hello everyone. I read that V8 will become available for OEM in Q1, but is there any estimations when V8 will become available for independent engineers or maybe even NUCLEO V8 will be released?

STM32V8 will be available (board/full documentation) in Q3 this year.
