hello i have encountered this error before
can you share your device tree i think as this is a problem with your device tree configuration

which from linux device tree , u-boot device tree, and from TFA- side device tree
which one please let me know.
currently i am sharing the device tree of linux.

If am not mistaken this error happens , on the first steps of flashing the image to your Device , i think the error comes from the intialisation of your device tree of your ddr node on the TF-A or the optee side
