Where should I write pinctrl bindings in device tree for STM32mp1 board with RGB interface : in panel node or in ltdc node ?

CubeMX generates pinctrl bindings inside ltdc node, while here : https://wiki.st.com/stm32mpu/wiki/LTDC_device_tree_configuration pinctrl bindings reside inside panel node

thanks for reporting this inconsistency between CubeIDE and the wiki page.

The correct place for the pinctrl binding is inside the ltdc node, as generated by CubeMX.

The wiki page will be updated ASAP.
