2x512MBytes DDR3L Routing

I am using STM32MP157C and want to add 1GB of RAM.

512MB DDR3L Ram are common in market.

Please suggest layouting of 2xRAM and if possible please give layout/pcb project file for altium .

Hi,

you could find example of 2x4Gbits DDR3L on STM32MP157F-EV1 board (see MB1263 in https://www.st.com/en/evaluation-tools/stm32mp157f-ev1.html#cad-resources). Maybe not area optimized as reserve room for DDR3L test interposer.
