A BSDL Tool that is compatible with ST-LINK V3SET

I understand that the STMCube environment doesn't function as a BSDL (Boundary Test) tool. Can anyone suggest a free tool that is compatible with the ST-LINK-V3SET?

Keysight, Corsair, XJTAG are out of my range

My application is gather tools for board bring-up for our STM32MP255F prototype PCB.
