Download of Dev STM32MP15-Ecosystem-v1.1.0 Developer Package SDK fails.

I am new to the ST ecosystem.

I tried Save as. That saves a 1.6K file with nothing in it.

I tried clicking the link and I get a 403 error.

How do I download this tar file?
