How to configure i2c duty cycle in the linux device tree?

How can I configure the i2c duty cycle to 50% in the linux device tree for a 33kHz device?

I have modified the frequency from 100000 to 33000 but I couldn't find a setting for the duty cycle and right now I measure ~83%.
