Is there any STM MCU/MPU which can be used for computer vision applications such as face recognition, Object detection/tracking? If so, how much flash memory required to process video with 5MP camera at 30FPS?

Is there any STM MCU/MPU which can be used for AR/VR applications?

The STM32MP series is more suited. But even more suited would be a full blown computer.

5MP * 30fps * 3bpp = 3.6 GBps. Not processing that on an MCU.
