JTAG debugger in stm32mp1

Hi , 
i have the custom board of (STM32mp157F-dk2), all the things are same but the ST-Link channel removed and many thing changes  has done , there is added JTAG pin in place of ST-link port , so in Openstlinux distribution package any modification should i do. like in linux and u-boot , device tree, and menuconfig , drivers related , 

 

i do not know any thing for this one. just i am doing from scratch i need your support to start from the scratch.

i don't really understand what you want to say , but if you are using the STlink to debug, and the pins are not there , there are alternative options , check : https://wiki.st.com/stm32mpu/wiki/GDB
