Network cable compatibility issues

when i using a 100M network cable in a gigabit network,It should be recognized as a 100M network under normal circumstances,But STM32MP1 is recognized as Gigabit,at this time the network is useless,led is light but not blink,I changing cable to a Gigabit Ethernet cable solved the problem,I am using stm32mp157c-dk2

    This is confirmed as a regression on the Realtek RTL8211F community driver for kernel 5.4.

    RTL8211E used on STM32MP157x-EV1 is not affected.

    This is not related to ST work (although we should have discovered this regression), we are checking for a patch or a solution.

    I keep you posted if I see progress.

    a similar issue is under analysis internally. I will make an update when I get feedback.
