Hi Sir,

I am planning to use ST Micro-controllers STM32MP157C-DK2 for one of my project.

But i need to know -

1. From where i can get Android BSP and all its related documents ?

2. What Android Version do you support ?

3. From where i can download the Android BSP ?

4. Is there any onchip eMMC flash memory or any other on-chip flash memory is available ?

5. please provide us more technical documents and user guide from where we can get all these informations.

Try your local sales office, or the FAE supporting your account.

    Hi @MSing.10

STMicroelectronics do not plan to provide and support an Android BSP.

A demonstrator running on STM32MP1 boards based on Android 9 will be available by September this year.

Android development support is delivered by some ST partners.

You can find STM32MP1 user guide at this link :

    https://wiki.st.com/stm32mpu

    Hope it help,

    BR

You could find a list of current partners supporting STM32MP1 on STM32 Arm Cortex MPUs/Support and Applications/Engineering Services

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply.

    1. I want to know is eMMC is available on STM32MP157C - DK2 board ?
    2. Is camera interface is available on STM32MP157C - DK2 board ?
    3. Is Wifi or BLE is available on STM32MP157C-EV1 board ?

because from the website and ref document it is not very much clear.

    Thanks & Regards,

    Hello,

    1. eMMC is not available on STM32MP157C-DK2 board. SDMMC1 is used for SD-Card, SDMMC2 is used for WLAN. SDMMC3 could be made available on CN2 expansion port, but only 4 data bit and SDMMC3 is not a bootable interface. You need to build you own expansion board. Furthermore, SDMMC3 is not enabled in OpenSTLinux deliveries and has some kernel side-effects if enabled. See STM32CubeMX and https://wiki.st.com/stm32mpu/wiki/SDMMC_internal_peripheral#Boot_time
    2. No DCMI camera interface possible on DK2 board. USB Camera are supported under Linux (available on the built-in DK2 demo).
    3. No WLAN nor BLE on STM32MP157C-EV1, only wired Gigabit-Ethernet. WLAN and/or BLE USB dongle could be supported.

In short, if you wish to experiment eMMC boot and camera interface, EV1 is recommended.

    Regards.

    Hi Patrick,

    Thanks for your reply.

    Actually my requirement is -

eMMC + Camera Interface + WLAN + BLE

hence I need all these on single board.

I checked STM32MP157C-EV1 page but its marketing status says its in preview .
