SPI6 failure in Non-secure mode in Mickledore Ecosystem

We have changed our ecosystem from kirkstone to mickledore, everything is working fine but the SPI6, is malfunctioning,

It fails with the logs in kernel that `clock not found`

If you can help me with this?
