STM32MP1) Occasionally eMMC boot fail with "CMD13 failed after 5 retries"

I have STM32MP157C custom board.

My custom board boot over eMMC.

Occasionally, my board can not boot over eMMC with error message like below.

Can I get some advice regarding this problem?

Hardware of eMMC part is the same as EV1 board.
