STM32MP135DAG7 & STM32MP135FAG7 pinouts & OrCAD Symbols

As we are developing the camera streaming board for one of our client, I have the following queries:

  1. Both part numbers, STM32MP135DAG7 and STM32MP135FAG7 come in the TFBGA289 (9×9) package. Are the pinouts identical for both devices? can we interchange the part in PCB assembly?I believe only security features are add in F
  2. Please share the OrCAD schematic library files for both MPUs — STM32MP135DAG7 and STM32MP135FAG7.

    Hi,
Just to clarify: the STM32MP135DAG7 and STM32MP135FAG7 have identical pinouts in the TFBGA289 package, so they can generally be interchanged in PCB assembly. The main difference is the additional security features in the “F” variant.
For OrCAD libraries, ST doesn’t provide official files, but you can create your own symbols using the datasheet or check third-party sources like SamacSys or Digi-Key for footprints and models.

    Hi @Venkat_07 ,

    I confirm @jameswilliam statements.

You could generate symbol and footprint of STM32MP135Dxx for your favorite CAD format from this link:
