STM32MP257-DK Board Program For Help

Honey, I purchased an STM32MP257-DK development board. I inserted a 16GB SD card, powered it with a 5V power supply, and connected the USB interface to the computer's USB port. After powering on, the COM indicator flashes red and yellow, and it cannot function properly. What could be the reason? My power supply current is sufficient.
