STM32MP257 package delays for LPDDR4 routing

Hello, we are currently designing a STM32MP257 based custom PCB. During the PCB design of LPDDR4 interface, we realized that the excel table provided by ST includes the package pin to PCB lengths and the calculations are done based on the track lengths, not delays.

 

Since the PCB materials may differ from one board to another, the propagation delay values are needed, rather than the pin length values in order to implement a successful time matching. 

 

Could you provide us with the package to pin propagation delay values for STM32MP257FAI3?
