What are the names of the recipes in openstlinux?

I am asking because I want to remove some of them, how can I find out what are the names and what they do? What is the best way to do this?

Unfortunately, except the bitbake-layers show-recipes command that gives you all the recipe from the workspace, I do not know a command that can give you all the recipes that will be built with a given image.
