Wiring between STM32MP257 and RAM?

Hi,

on the STM32MP257-DK board, the wires between the MPU and the RAM have an interesting shape:

What is the reason for these non-direct wires? Have the same length for all the wires? Shielding? Some noise-thingy?

Thanks!

You are working with an LPDDR4 MT53E1G32D2FW-046 on the STM32MP257-DK, which can operate at 2133MHz. At these frequencies, special precautions are necessary to avoid interference and, above all, delayed signals. The last point is achieved by carefully aligning the track lengths, which is noticeable in such zigzag tracks.
