How to install for windows 10?

I have (I believe) installed all the prerequisites and added the paths to STM32CubeMX and STMCUFinder. However I cannot use the extension as the commands are not available.

Well, turns out I was using an older version of VSCode from November 2022 (1.74.x). Updating to the February 2023 (1.76) version the STM32 PROJECT MANAGER and RESOURCES items are visible in the LH pane. Now to see if it works.
