can you offer a static download link to download the CommandLineTools (Stm32CubeClt) without a Login Wall?
I would like to use it to build my project in a docker container in my CI CD process

If you want to download the STM32CubeCLT, you should use the https://www.st.com/en/development-tools/stm32cubeclt.html You need to login or try the download as a guest where you will only give your Email and a download link that you can use it for download with no need to login.

I know how to download the tool. But i want to integrate the installtion into my automatic build docker Containe. For this I need static dowload link (not changing for a specific Version) which i can use WITHOUT a login wall.

Surely you can download it and host it locally to support your needs.

Automated mass downloads are probably what the log in system is trying to prevent.
