Cannot Download STM32CUBEIDE Software

I am unable to download any of the STM32CUBEIDE software from https://www.st.com/en/development-tools/stm32cubeide.html#. Everytime I log in and press download, the download bar always stays at 0% no matter what. This does not occur with any other downloads on other websites. I use Mac, but I even tried downloading the windows one just to face the same issue.
