ctrl + z not working in the CubeIDE

I've just tested on the STM32CubeIDE V1.18.1 and it works fine (as expected).

No I don't mean that its nor working in every version of the STM32CubeIDE V1.18.1, I m trying to figure it out if I maybe clicked something causing the ctrl + z to not work. 
Now its suddenly working but I was wondering if there is some kind of setting which can be accidently turned off and hence also disabling the crlt + z command
