CubeIDE "crash" after few moments

Hi All,

I started to have issue with CubeIDE. It "crash" / "close itself" after few moment after startup. Log is attached. I have tried this:

  • Uninstalled CubeIDE 1.18.1 and I have done clean install 1.19.0, without success
  • I have created new workspace
  • I have disabled checking updates in CubeIDE, but without any success
  • I have restarted computer (Win 10 Pro 22H2), temporally disabled AV software and firewall, no Windows KB update was installed before issue started (only Edge-WebView2 update 1.0.3351.48)

Hi,

Issue solved. There was a pending update for the CubeMX software. It seems this somehow interfered with CubeIDE. After startup of CubeMX and finishing update, CubeIDE works properly.

Had similar issue. Uninstall CubeMX from system fix problem.

I have disabled checking updates in CubeIDE, but without any success

The log shows update attempt. So disabling update did not work. Try to disconnect from network completely, then reinstall.

Hi,

Yes, I this tried also. It seems updater from CubeMX somehow broke CubeIDE. Reinstall did not fix issue as I said.
