drag and drop error

I have a Mac Pro M4 with Tahoe 26.2 OS, STM32CubeIDE version 2.0.2, and I am having trouble selecting and copying a selection of lines. I tried several tests and that option disappeared. If I am comparing two files, dragging and dropping text works perfectly. Is there any notification about this? Is there a solution? Thank you.

Hello @CColo.2 ,

I reproduced the behavior described on MacOS Tahoe 26.2 and I confirm that selecting and copying sections of lines does not work.

The issue has been already reported to the dedicated team under this ticket (Internal Ticket Number: 224479).

I will let you know when the issue is solved.

Thanks.

Mahmoud

Due to issues with text selection and copy/paste in STM32CubeIDE 2.0, I reinstalled the operating system (I was previously running a beta version) and moved to a stable release (Tahoe 26.2 (25C56)) on an Apple Silicon Mac (M4). I then downloaded and installed STM32CubeIDE and STM32CubeMX. The installation completes successfully, but when launching either application, an error occurs and the tools fail to start. Has anyone experienced this issue or knows the root cause? Any insights would be appreciated.
