I coudn't open the ioc file after generating it

Split from stm32 targeted project type is empty and its not generating .ioc file as it's not the same issue

That's not the same issue: The issue there was that the .ioc file was not created - so if you do have an .ioc file, it's a different problem.

Please provide more detail on how you created the .ioc file, how you tried to open it, any error messages, etc
