Login to ST jxBrowser Window broken

When I try to login to the ST Acccount, the login window is responsive for less than a second. Than the cookie banner pops up and starts to flash (border popping up), rendering the complete window unresponsive. Eventually the cookie banner completely disappears, but I am still unable to click anything.

The same issue also occurs when trying to login to STM32 CubeMX.

System: Fedora Linux 41

Hi,

when such problems show on Linux, please check first your settings of proxy (CubeIDE/CubeMX) may need this setting in your network, or problem may be somewhere else (as nearly any linux system is somehow customized by the user, it is not that simple to guess...).

As possible workaround, it is not necessary to be logged by ST account in the software tools -- the login there mainly for downloading firmware packages. These packages can be downloaded from st.com (after ST account login, nevertheless, form the internet browser) and loaded manually to the tools (part "Offline work", in section 1.2.3 of UM2609 (STM32CubeIDE user guide - User manual) shows how).

With regards,

Thank you, using the workaround I can continue to work.
