Proposal for Cube* code generation

Two small & easy to do improvement proposals for code generation in CubeMX & IDE:

1. In the message about missing Cube firmware please include after "necessary firmware package" the exact package name with version, to avoid misunderstanding.

2. If option "add necessary library files as reference" is selected - is it possible just to generate the project as if the package were present?

Because no files will be copied. Just create the links/references where the library is assumed to be? User can get the library later.
