STLINK in Nucleo-H753ZI board stopped working

Hi,

    My STLINK for debug in Nucleo-H753ZI board stopped working.

     It was working when entering the debug mode.

     Now, it stopped working.- I got the error message - 

1. "Error in initializing ST link device."

2. "Failed to execute M1 command....".

ST-LINK had been working fine for weeks for my ADC application firmware until hours ago. The error message showed.

I am still able to upgrade the ST LINK firmware from CUBEIDE.

Just not able to enter debug mode.

I have trouble to install STM32CubeProgrammer.

Error message is about missing Java Environment.

But I did install install C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_202 successfully.

In "Environment setting": I set JAVA_HOME = C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_202  and %JAVA_HOME%\bin with variable name = Path"

Then restarted PC.

I still get the same error message when tried to install STM32CubeProgrammer.

STM32CubeProgrammer comes with its own Java environment, you shouldn't need to set up another one. What is the exact error message are you getting when trying to install STM32CubeProgrammer? Perhaps show a screenshot.
