STM32CubeIDE 1.18.1 Login Error

I have some problem,

 

I Can't login STM32 IDE - 1.18.1 Version

 

Manu : Help → STM32Cube updata → Connection to myST → Enter myST account information

 

So, Open the Uset Authentication Dialog, but i can't see anything.

 

i need help, please

System ? Win...? Maybe you have not the needed "rights" , or anti-virus or firewall blocking it, so disable all for connection.

And check connection to web : menu-> preferences...
