STM32CubeIDE is not able to open a previously saved .ioc file

Hello!
I am trying to configure the project to run X-Cube-AI. When opening the attached try_ai.ioc file in STM32CubeIDE 1.17.0 the window freezes. Also tried to open it in STM32 CubeMX 6.13.0, no success. The board is NUCLEO-N657X0-Q.

Could you please help me to troubleshoot this issue?

This issue has been raised to the development team to correct this behavior internal ticket number  200439

The issue is fixed in the latest release of the STM32CubeMX (6.14.0).
