STM32CubeIDE login Error reminder : This login session has expired! Please...

After installation of STM32CubeIDE in a new computer,  an error reminds when logging: This login session has expired! Please try to login again by going to myST-login,

However even I  try to login by going to myST-login, still not succeed. 

More information for you reference :  computer Operation System is Win11,   IDE Version is 1.16.1

I wonder how does this error come and how to deal with it to enable successful login
