STM32Cubeide Not Downloading

Greetings, I have been trying to download STM32cube ide from the ST website however it responds with " This software is not available for download." and the ide does not download. I have downloaded the same ide many times using the same method however I have been facing this issue from last month.

I hope people from ST will help.

Change the "Country/Region" field in your profile found in the My Account section to reflect a different European country. Furthermore, if possible, it is advisable to utilize a VPN from the outset.
