STM32H745 Core pauses when connecting with probe

I am using a STM32H745, STLINK-V3SET probe, and STM32CubeIDE.

I have noticed that when I connect the debugger to the running core the core gets paused for ~2.5 seconds.

Is there a way to connect the debugger to a running core without it pausing?

Settings:

Download=false,

Verify flash download : Not checked

Reset Behaviour=None

Set breakpoint at : Not checked
