Target unknown error 32 with STM32N6570-DK

Hi everyone, 
I am trying to program my board but suddenly I am getting 

Target unknown error 32

Error in initializing ST-LINK device.
Reason: Unknown. Please check power and cabling to target.

this error. I tried connecting my board with STM32CubeProgrammer and it successfully connected

This thing is only happening with IDE, I also updated the STLinkV3 firmware, restarted my PC several times and also changed my cable but I am still getting the error. 
Kindly help.

Did you try connecting with STM32CubeProgrammer to erase the chip and recover?

Check the BOOT0 and BOOT1 jumper settings on your board.
