Node "Single value" not working for Chart

In wiki i read about using "Single value" node for variables visualization in text frames like "Numeric" node and it working fine for it. But i cant to force to work it with "Chart" node. How it can be done?

    ST chart could not be used as output of single value. If you want to plot only one variable, you can add another variables/processing nodes to select corresponding variable.
