bug in stm32cubeProgrammer version v2.13.1

Hi, 
I found a bug in stm32cubeProgrammer version v2.13.1. When you try to readout unprotect an STM32H7A (without smps) and if its rdp level is set to 1, that didn't works. I have to unlock it manually inside my software.
