Can not connect to Board in with DFU Mode, only after initialize connection with ST-LINK

Hello 

I've problems connecting via DFU. The cubeprogrammer is trying, but never reaches the connected state. 

However, if I connect one time with a ST-Link device, the disconnect and switch to DFU then it works as long I do not close the CubeProgrammer instance. 

 

Does anyone know why this is the case and what I can do to connect on the first try?

You need to provide which MCU part number and which board are you using.

How are you doing the procedure to connect in DFU mode with cube programmer including the HW manipulation: BOOT pin and RESET.
