CubeProgrammer couldn't find stm32l476

we are developping sensor reading board which has stm32l412 AND stm32l476RG on it. we could write program to stm32l412 through CubeProgrammer without any problem but we couldn't write to stm32l476. Please addvise possible cause. 

Both STM32l412/476 has exactly same usb interface/circit for each. 

CubeProgrammer find usb port for stm32l476 and communicate by 12MBit/sec.

But same CubeProgrammer can't find USB DFU on stm32l476.

windows10 also popup alert of no device recoganition 

we confirmed reset procedure (Boot0 and Boot1) is OK.

Host=windows10

CubeProgrammer ver =2.12.0
