CubeProgrammer v2.20.0 not writing to some parts of the chip

Working with CubeProgrammer connected to a Nucleo-G0B1RE board, a binary file needs to be stored starting from address 0x0800_C000 on the chip.  However, when the `Start Programming` is initiated, the process fails immediately as can be seen in the attached image.  The source file to be flashed is also attached as an archive.

If the start address is changed to 0x0803_E000, then the download process says it completes.  All option bytes are at whatever the factory default is for this board.

I apologize for the delayed response.

I tried flashing the provided .bin file on the Nucleo-G0B1RE board using CubeProgrammer v2.20.0, and everything worked as expected without any issues.

Could you please share your option bytes configuration to confirm whether it matches the default settings from my end?
