ERORR NOT FOUND

After installing the programmer to the system and connecting it to STLINK, I encountered this NOT FOUND error. I don't know where the problem is. Also, my programmer is STLINK_V2.

My second question is, when I try to install the STLINK UNITY software, error 1605 is displayed to me and I don't know where the problem is? Thank you for your guidance.
