Facing problem while programming STM32F476 IC using STMCube Programmer. It gives error "Operation memory exceeds limit"

Earlier I had the IC without any error using STMCube Programmer. I had switched atolic true studio from 9.1 to 9.3 and compiled the code. I am able to program the board using Discovery kit SWD connection
