how can I generate a srec file with option bytes configuration in offline mode?
No St-Link and no hardware is connected!
STVP is an old tool which can do this simple things.
But it does not support all the microcontroller types (stm32Gxx).

Without connecting a device, it is not possible to read or write option bytes using STM32CubeProgrammer, as offline mode is currently unsupported. This means that generating the srec file with option bytes is also not possible. An internal ticket has already been submitted to the development team regarding your request.
