h747i-dicso board stm32cubeprogrammer and m7 processor debugging not working

good morning, i am using stm32h747i-disco board. for that when i am executing Touchgfx generated file into stm32cubeide. i am able to debug the m4 processor but not m7 processor. i am getting an error with " internal .elf file".

then i did cm7 processor to off in stm32cubeprogrammer and executed the code. from then i am not able to debug the cm4 and cm7 processors, and i am not able connect the cube programmer. and yes i have upgraded the firmware. any help would be so appreciated. thank you in advance.

You might have chosen the wrong power mode for your board. This might explain why you're unable to connect to the target anymore. I suggest checking this link : How to unbrick an STM32H7 after setting the wrong ... - STMicroelectronics Community.
