Hello every one i hope you are doing well, i have a problem my board STM32F4DISCOVERY, this question was asked on 2018 but i didn't find the answer that i want.

Well, when i tried to download my code to flash i couldn't, and when i check my STlink i have this error -> READ OUT OF PROTECTION IS ENABLED

i follow some tutorials and tried to switch from level 1 to level 0 but i can't -> can't read from memory, erase target and retry .
