is previous STM32 ST-LINK Utility version 4.5.0 can be download ?

Is it possible to access to an older version of STM32 ST-LINK Utility (v 4.5.0, in particular). 

On ST Web portal, I can only donwload latest version (v4.6.0)...

The only available version of the STM32 ST-LINK Utility is the last one. This interface is not recommanded for new designs you can use the STM32CubeProgrammer. If you still need specific version of the STM32 ST-LINK Utility, you can contact one of our local FAEs or Sales and marketing teams.
