Launching 'project_name' has encountered a problem

Hello all, I just updated my STM IDE and now, if I want to upload or debug my code I get this errors

My computer finds the board as usual:

I tried powering off the board, switching the port, but it did not work, if you have any ideas I would be grateful. Thank you!
