Not much information to work with here.

Suggests the chip/board aren't running.

Start by providing information about the board, how the debugger is attached, and how everything is powered

Tips, Buy me a coffee, or three.. PayPal VenmoUp vote any posts that you find helpful, it shows what's working..

Hello @saraiahd,

Welcome to ST Community !

Hot Plug mode is used to connect to the target without a halt or reset. You can check STM32CubeProgrammer user manual for further details on the connection modes.

For your specific case, as stated by @Community member, could you provide more info on how you're connecting your debugger to the target ?

Thanks,

Aziz
