ST-LINK non recognized on windows 10 and 11

my STLINK is not recognized on Windows (Device description failed). I have try to uninstall and reinstall the driver. I try 3 different ST-Link and different laptop, but I face the same problem. previously, I always used those ST-link on my laptop and it was fine.

Try some (> 1) other USB cables...

Is "something" recognized by Win ? (ding dong or any message about usb ?)

If it is a Stlink V3, try also connected to the PC  without hub. Look if the event viewer of windows notices the plug/unplug and eventually also tells some messages! If you can, try also on Linux with "dmesg -w' running
