STM32 Cube Programmer v2.1.0 not properly initializing QSPI memory before first read

Several occasions here where reading 0x90000000 shows all zeros on first read, but shows content when forced to read memory a second time.

Seen this on several F7 and H7 DISCO and EVAL boards.

Seen on other boards with diagnostics, that Init function isn't called.
